Business Development Manager

The role will be to sell to potential prospects, consistently achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for product penetration, order intake and billable revenues within designated parameters. This role is also responsible for the relationship management of our most valued customers, pro-actively opening new opportunities within existing and new accounts as required by the business. The sale will be to multi-entity operations, requiring the influence of numerous players.

Who we're looking for
You will show:
•A proven track record of selling complex network solutions with values in excess of £1million pounds.
• Demonstrable relevant experience in the business to business sales environment
• Can demonstrate a structured and professional approach to areas of responsibility
• An in-depth understanding of sales techniques, sales cycles and forecast/pipeline management.
• Computer literate - Excel/PowerPoint/Word
• Proven experience achieving sales / operational targets within a business sales environment.
• Experience of cross-functional teams working.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven and demonstrable ability to meet and exceed demanding targets
• Proven ability to work under pressure and with an attention to detail.
• The ability to assimilate solutions on both commercial and technical basis. Turning a highly complex set of voice, data and Internet services into a tangible benefit to the customers.
