M&A Manager & Senior Managers

The Mergers and Acquisitions Tax team is looking for Managers and Senior Managers. The role will involve advising on the structuring and due diligence aspects of transactions.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong competence in the following areas:


• Previous M&A and/or private equity structuring experience
• Technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness
• Communication skills
• Project management

The PwC Mergers and Acquisitions Tax team has the leading reputation in the market and has an enviable client list that contains leading private equity funds and corporate groups.


The team is focussed on advising on a wide range of UK and international transactions including acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, disposals, IPOs, public-to-private transactions and refinancing. Many of the transactions we advise on are high-profile in nature.


The team consists of a dynamic group of people who enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.


The transactions we work on are often international in nature and good opportunities for travel exist.


The roles have arisen following a sustained period of growth for the team.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for candidates who have previous M&A and/or private equity structuring experience from a reputable Firm (ideally Big 4)

In addition they expect, strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong commercial awareness
