Associate Director-Structured Finance

To provide support for the execution of corporate finance transactions originated by Structured Finance, Corporates

Working alongside a deal leader, the successful candidate will assist in the delivery of transactions through the Bank's credit process, including the production of credit materials and high quality financial analysis and cash flow modelling, whilst contributing to the effective project management of deal processes, interfacing effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Be part of a team contributing to the achievement of financial targets through high quality deal execution and by identification of product partner cross-sell opportunities early in deal processes and engaging effectively with product specialists.

Provide an outstanding customer experience during the deal process through prompt and effective responses to customers, deal intermediaries and financial sponsors.

Assist in the preparation of high quality credit materials that present a balanced assessment of transaction opportunities, detailed financial analysis and cash flow modelling.

Assist with the management of transaction processes, both with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.

Who we're looking for
Our client is interested in speaking to ACA candidates from the Big 4 or mid tiers who are looking for a move into corporate finance from an structured/leveraged finance or advisory practice role.
Good knowledge of credit processes and policy and developing credit experience.

Good knowledge and developing application of financial modelling techniques, financial analysis skills and debt structuring principles.

Developing interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills.

Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
