The Sales Interim business is a team that is focused on providing a service to candidates and clients. You would be required to think out of the box and use your skills to recruit for our clients who require immediately available talented professionals Why our clients make use of Interims & Contractors: * Individuals that can develop new market routes * Maternity Cover * Launching of new products or services * Added resource needed in the business due to growth or sabbaticals' * Seasonal recruitment requirements * Temp to perm ( hiring or headcount freezes) * Involved in full sales cycle and would be responsible for developing the market that you recruit in,focusing on candidates and clients alike. * Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, providing CV's, arranging interviews and through to offer stage. * Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment.
Who we're looking for
* Excellent communication skills, coupled with confidence and a resilient nature,you will be dealing with senior contacts in the Sales and HR community. * Need to be able to take on board new information quickly and use this to your benefit, as well as being able to multi-task on a variety of tasks over a broad range of market sectors. * Solid track record in achieving against set targets and strong business development skills * Ability to develop strong internal colleague relationships as the interim business receives a large amount of business as referrals from the wider Michael Page business.
