• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to deliver measurable business targets aligned to the strategic objectives.
• Build OE capability in the business through Coaching/Mentoring of Project Team Members, Yellow/Green & Black Belts and functional managers, to embed Lean Six Sigma as a standard way of operating.
• Deliver other business critical projects as required.
• Ensure thorough engagement of all stakeholders to deliver agreed projects on time, on cost with sustained benefits.
• Strong team player who will provide positive impetus to Operational Excellence success.
• Coach/Mentor to deliver relevant understanding and mindset of CI within company employees at all levels.
• Ensure appropriate use of OE tools and methodology to deliver business aligned benefits.

Who we're looking for
Qualifications
Must be degree qualified ideally with an Engineering, Manufacturing or Science background.
• Reputable Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent experience).
Essential:
• Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principals with strong demonstrable practical application.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Able to effectively lead/facilitate large groups of people at all levels.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained CI projects.
• Demonstrated advocate of OE to deliver CI.
• Ability to analyse and use data to support decision making.
• Data driven.
• Methodical and structured approach to work.
Desirable:
• Experienced gained in a variety of manufacturing environments.
• Experience is use of Minitab, Statistical or other statistical software package.
• Ability to engage staff at all levels into the CI process.
• Resolute in Project Execution.
• Multi Task a number of different activities.
• Team Player.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Flexible approach
