To join team of lawyers specialising in fraud you will be expected to have experience in or be working towards competence in:

• The handing and investigation of fraudulent motor/el/pl claims ranging from own insured to fraud rings and large or major frauds

• The investigation and dealing with claims involving theft by own insured, third party and organised theft rings; including the recovery of monies paid and/or property stolen.

• Ability to interrogate data and advise on intelligence discovered

• The use of data screening systems and familiarity with the same.

• Ability to monitor critical dates and ensure compliance

• Ability to master an understanding of systems and procedures with attention to detail and ability to explain and advise clients on those procedures

Who we're looking for
• You will be expected to have a minimum of 2-3 year's fraud experience and you will need to learn fast whilst contributing fully in support of more experienced members of the team

• Be flexible, focused, ambitious and results oriented with good organisational skills; keen to take responsibility

• An effective communicator able to establish and maintain harmonious and professional relationships with clients and colleagues

• Attention to detail vital but tempered by a commercial approach

• Keen to maintain personal development and take advantage of training opportunities keeping up to date with legal issues, law reports and journals
