Resilient Networks are a very successful and fast growing network operator supplying large enterprises with flexible and reliable next generation voice services. They provide their telecoms services through a SaaS (Software as a Service) delivery model. The current TDA responsibilities are spread across various teams and they are in need of a key lead in this area. Therefore, the initial milestone as the Head of Technical Design Authority is to establish a fully-functional Technical Design Authority department, which includes the implementation of watertight processes and procedures for the team to work towards.
Your will need to set up the TDA in a manner where it has the scalability to grow with the company, take on bigger projects and hire additional staff. As the Head of Technical Design Authority you will will the technical lead for all high level technical analysis within the IT department and will be a point of escalation.
