Working in conjunction with an impressive client list, the role will involve providing advice to banks, international corporate and their managers, asset based lenders and other financial services providers on matters including Restructuring and reorganisations strategies, rescue planning and implementation, and disposals including pre-packaged solutions. Applicants must also have a strong background of knowledge relating to debt recovery options,, Insolvency procedures and office holders' conduct and regulation, and security enhancement.

Who we're looking for
Applications ar welcomed from candidates with either purely contentious or non-contentious restructuring experience, or a mix of both. Candidates with around 4 years PQE+ are likely to be suitable for this role in terms of experience gained.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
