This exciting and challenging role within the Product Management function of our Global Software Group will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to contribute to the design and management of our suite of operational, business process software applications. The successful candidate will specifically focus on the vision and requirements of our Debt Management product and proposition. However, close team work is required across all credit lifecycle stages, including originations and customer management, as well as ubiquitous capabilities such as decision management, analytics and data enrichment.
Who we're looking for
• Good experience in a relevant industry sector - preferably Banking, Consumer Credit or a relevant software vendor to such industries • The ideal candidate will have very good, demonstrable knowledge of: o Debt management practices and software Decision support processes and software o Generic Business Process Management theories and software o Case Management theories and software • Strong commercial acumen - especially in how Operational and Decision Support tools deliver business benefit to our clients • Highly motivated and self-starting, willing and able to travel and work at client sites / Experian offices • Excellent presentation skills - capable of presenting at industry conferences and board level • Good understanding of software development processes, especially "Scrum" • Good influencing skills • Team working and relationship management skills • Breadth of knowledge including scoring, software and solutions - across design, implementation and execution • Good consultancy skills • Good client management skills • Ability to write business proposals and specifications • Capable of taking on new, innovative ideas from prototyping through to product development, product management and product marketing
