Supporting a global client group the HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in driving the development of the strategy and translating it into the people plan to improve business performance. You will also act as strategic partner in driving business transformation across your client group and process lead for Resourcing Reward, Employee Communication and engagement.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and be able to demonstrate a progressive career history. You will have previously working as a 'Business Partner' within a complex, global structure as well as being able to demonstrating a breadth of experience including change and talent management. Confident communication and influencing skills are essential.
