With an award-winning legal team which comprises of 35 lawyers spread across 8 countries the business is now looking to expand its Legal team in Germany. Reporting to the Legal Director for the Division you will be responsible for providing legal support focusing on sales related transactions including litigation. Your role will also include providing direct transactional support to internal customers on sales transactions in Germany and other jurisdictions as may be required ensuring that legal risk is minimised and Colts assets are protected.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have significant IT sales/managed services contract or corporate/project experience. Your commercial experience will include leading large and complex negotiations, drafting and negotiating pricing provisions and awareness of the impacts of operational and contractual issues on deal pricing.
A willingness to travel is crucial and given the international nature of these roles, the ability to work in another European language (in particular French, German and Italian) could be a deciding factor in your success. The ability to communicate in the English language both written and verbal is also required. In addition all candidates will be required to demonstrate five key competencies; a customer focus, genuine commercial acumen, the ability to communicate with influence, prioritisation skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
