This role is an exciting opportunity within a respected Professional Services firm to join their Human Resources team as an HR Officer. The role will have responsibility for it's own client groups, and will be looking at the following areas
• Staff Learning and development
• Employee Relations
• Recruitment
• Retention
• Salary and Benefits
• HR Analysis and coaching junior members of the HR team.

Who we're looking for
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Significant experience gained in an HR Officer/Business Partner role within a Professional or Financial Services company.
• Good technical knowledge and awareness of current and forthcoming employment law.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Competent user of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
