Reporting into the Head of Group Product your responsibilities will include:
• Determining the life product strategy
• Recommending and gaining agreement to proposals for new life products or product enhancements including proposals to amend the price positioning of products or to the level of cover they offer
• Working closely with project managers to ensure that life product development projects are successfully delivered and benefits realised
• Ensuring the life product team maintains the existing life product suite (including product documentation and illustrations) in compliance with internal and external regulatory standards
• Providing leadership and coaching to 5 direct reports

Who we're looking for
• Knowledge of investment, protection and pension products.
• Sound judgement and diplomacy
• Strong problem solving skills
• Well developed decision making competency
• Excellent and effective inter personal, organisational, communication, presentation leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Personal initiative, enthusiasm, drive and energy. You will be commercially aware and have a good eye for detail.
