This is a newly created role which will having a predominant bias towards business development. The remit of this position is principally to generate further fee growth and to create opportunities for fee generation. You will be expected to foster strong relationships with lawyers and banks as well as identifying new clients too. The role will also incorporate some reviewing of work and staff development, but is predominantly market facing.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record of successfully pitching for business and running a portfolio. If you were to bring existing clients that would be a huge advantage, as would having strong existing relationships in the Dorset and Hampshire area.

My client is a leading Independent firm with a hugely impressive track record of growth. They predominantly offer Accounts preparation and tax advice, although they are versatile in their service offering.
