Senior Manager - Employment Taxes -you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to clients.

This specialist advice includes:
• Providing advice to large employers in respect of PAYE and NIC matters.
• Undertaking site visits to clients to ensure that their systems and procedures comply with PAYE and Expense & benefit compliance requirements.
• Assisting clients with HMRC investigations and liaising with the tax authorities on their behalf.
• Undertaking large projects on behalf of, or in association with clients where HMRC requirements have to be met.
• Design and implementation of salary sacrifice arrangements.
• Experience of car scheme structures and construction industry expertise would be desirable.

About the role
Key responsibilities include:
• To manage own portfolio of clients/contacts.
• Have the ability to generate own revenue and support team business development.
• The ability to build relationships with clients and be client facing.
• Networking ability to forge internal relationships.
• To lead own projects directly with clients and be responsible for managing internal risk procedures and fee negotiations.

Who we're looking for
You should have a proven track record in employment tax.
