This position also has joint responsibility with the "Senior Insights Manager - Consumer" to lead the UK & Ireland "Insights" function as a whole. It also holds the responsibility to shape and develop the team to deliver on current category advisorships and forge closer relationships with customers. In addition to team leadership, this Manager is also responsible for all negotiations with and management of our contracted continuous research suppliers and also ad hoc projects and suppliers.

Who we're looking for
• Significant accumulated experience of FMCG Category Management and Shopper Insight analysis and techniques
• Team management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage, coach and develop others
• Prior experience in management of agency relationships
• Accustomed to synthesising, building and credibly telling a category and shopper story and then taking a stand to deliver this with impact
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining relationships within the organisation and externally with retail customers
