This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to jointhe most experience corporate finance team outside London,led by a Partner team who are all ex-Big Four.As an Executive you will have the opportunity to learn from very experienced and well-regarded corporate financiers, and gain experience in the full range of corporate finance activities. You will quickly get the responsibility and authority to take a lead on deals at an early stage; longer-term the financial rewards in bonus and Partnership are excellent.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an ACA qualified accountant with first-time passes (essential) who is looking to gain a full-range of corporate finance experience. Flexibility is essential as you will be expected to be assisting in a range of projects, and joining the boutique as the most junior member of the team. However, the experience you gain in the role will be exceptional. For candidates currently working within the Big Four, this represents an excellent alternative to moving to corporate finance internally - Big Four quality expertise, without the bureaucracy and structure. In addition, the firm's past record shows that you will make it here more quickly.

Our client is a leading corporate finance boutique in the North West who deal in the full spectrum of advisory services including equity finance, lead advisory, and financial and management due diligence. The work they cover includes MBOs, MBIs, BIMBOs, acquisitions, disposals, flotation and fundraising. The quality of the work they provide ensures they work almost exclusively through referral. There is a very strong team spirit and a work hard, play hard culture.
