Interim Corporate Tax

Temp ⁄ £25 - £35 per hour / £55k - £65k annual equivalent

Responsibilities will include:
• Management of UK and Ireland Tax Compliance requirements including the preparation of the UK Group Tax computations and dealing with HMRC inquiries
• VAT tax returns and compliance management
• Preparation of UK GAAP statutory Tax provisions and disclosures notes for the UK Group companies
• US GAAP quarterly Tax reporting for UK and Ireland and uncertain Tax positions documentation under FIN 48
• Effective Tax rate forecasting for UK and Ireland
• Support for ad-hoc tax and accounting projects

Who we're looking for
It is essential that you have in-house corporate tax compliance experience and any VAT exposure would be advantageous.
