As the Group Personnel Manager you will take responsibility for a large number of stores across the midlands for this well known retailer. Duties will include:
• Supporting and coaching the store managers in the region
• Working with the store managers to ensure manpower and succession plans meet the needs of the business

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will currently be working as a multi site Group Personnel Manager within a retail environment.
