These roles will require you to provide an integrated HR service for a multifunctional crew including cadets, hotel and entertainment staff, medical officers, and marine and technical experts. The key responsibilities include: employee relations, performance management, coaching of the management team, training and development, change management and implementation of strategic HR initiatives. You will work closely with the shore based HR teams throughout your time onboard and have their assistance to execute strategic HR initiatives. The position will report into the Head of Department (Shore) - Personnel and Development Managers.

Who we're looking for
Carnival seek highly credible HR Professionals who will have major blue-chip, multi-site and customer focussed organisations at the core of their career. Candidates who have worked within retail, hotel, leisure, manufacturing, facilities management and multi-site organisations will be at a distinct advantage. You will be a hands-on technical expert in employee relations and be able to demonstrate a record of success in business partnering, people/leadership development and change management.
You will be a results driven, resilient individual who can demonstrate the following:

• Specialist expertise in employee relations and people/leadership development
• This role will require the flexibility to spend 3-4 months away on a ship up to twice a year, and to work from Head Office in Southampton.

What's on offer
Salary £41,000 + Benefits. Tax Free - tax free status in accordance with HMRC seafaring regulations.
