Purpose of the Job

Seeking a candidate to act asmanager for the business looking after allservices including all aspects of limited company set-up, accounting and taxation services and advice for small companies and individuals.

The role will be fully responsible for all aspects of the existing business and will also be involved in the roll-out of the new payroll product.

Primary responsibilities include:

Themanager will take responsibility for a broad range of activities including amongst others:

• Profit and loss responsibility forthe firm
• Managing the existing employees and contractors including carrying out regular performance reviews
• Taking on new clients (marketing and sales)
• Maintaining the limited company and payroll database as well as the IT infrastructure including the local area network and websites
• Performing necessary accounting and taxation services for clients including where appropriate the provision of taxation advice

Who we're looking for
Candidates, must have strong experience in year-end accounting & taxation. In addition , you must have experience in supervising / managing staff.
ACA qualifieds preferred.
