Process Engineer

You will be responsible for developing standard manufacturing processes to support operations by ensuring the product is manufactured to internal cost and quality standards whilst catering to the customers technical requirements. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and assist in coaching and leading a team of less-experienced process engineers.

Who we're looking for
• Extensive experience developing standard manufacturing processes and improving process repeatability
• Experience in problem solving and Route Cause Analysis
• Experience with value Value Stream Mapping and Process FMEA
• A data driven and analytical approach with advanced Excel skills
• Welding experience ideal but not compulsory
