· To lead, manage and deliver business change the bank initiatives on a behalf of the Private Bank
· To ensure delivery of assigned projects on time and to budget

· Ensure commercial benefits of change are delivered to the organisation

· To undertake Business Analysis tasks as required

Who we're looking for
Essential:
Educated to degree standard or equivalent

Holds a industry recognised Project management qualification

Working experience in a Front Office or operational business function from a private Banking or Wealth management Company

Demonstrate extensive Project Management experience

Experience and use of project methodology within a global context

Experience of effectively managing and influencing multiple resources, internal and external to achieve specific goals

Excellent analytical skills

Natural ability to 'draw' out information and challenge normal ways of working

Effective and timely planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to understand disparate business requirements/ideas and seek out commonality
