Business Development Manager

This Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling bespoke packaging solutions into the 3PL sector, you will be responsible for developing this new and rapidly expanding sector within the business along with two other colleagues covering the North and South. The role will involve negotiating major contracts at head office levels, working with colleagues at Branch level to ensure the solution can be implemented and then working with then to ensure the 3PL client receives the best level of service possible.

Who we're looking for
• A Business Development Manager with experience targeting and selling into major accounts.
• Knowledge of packaging solutions.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deal confidently across all levels.
• Experience working within a multisite environment is essential.
• Possess a commercial awareness and strategic approach.
• Someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to disseminate information well.
• Knowledge of 3PL businesses would be highly advantageous.
• Midlands based.
