As a Corporate Finance Executive you will assist with transactions; interfacing with clients and other professionals in the preparation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information.
You will need to build good rapport with the client, with a clear understanding of client expectations, prepare pitch documents for presentation to financiers and other professionals and attend networking events with peers in other intermediary, banking and private equity firms.

Who we're looking for
You will be a recently qualified accountant, possibly coming from an audit background or alternatively have some Corporate Finance experience looking to join a leading firm.

Leading firm operating nationally, this role will focus on providing support and new services to an existing client base.
