NQ Banking Litigation Solicitor

Exciting opportunity to join this award winning department and leading firm. You will join a large team running a significant caseload for key FTSE banking and mortgage lender clients. You will advise on a range of contentious lending and recovery issues with moderate supervision, assess and progressing a varied litigation caseload, assist more senior solicitors in addition to your own document management. You will get involved in business development and marketing of the firm and assist in supervising more junior members of the team.

Who we're looking for
You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, have an excellent academic record and we practising at a recognised private practice. You will have specialist banking litigation experience or demonstrable experience;within an overall commercial litigation caseload. You will be commercially aware and have a proven track record in business development.
