Leading international management consultancy are looking for bright Senior Consultants with M&A skills for their London Office to join their enterprise improvement practice.

More often than not, acquisition surprises occur in the depths of the operations of a company. It takes an experienced set of eyes to know what you're looking at in the compressed timeframes usually associated with due diligence. This is where senior, operations professionals make the difference.

Mergers and acquisitions provide one of today's most strategic vehicles for increasing firm and shareholder value. The due diligence process provides the insights required for success, and this team due diligence leverage a combination of financial advisory and operational assessment to provide the insights required for decision making, negotiation and long term success.

Who we're looking for
Excellent academics essential.
Previous in-depth Management Consultancy (from a leading name) experience (to include UK work experience)
Proven expertise in operational due diligence, M&A, or business turnaround from both an industry and consultancy perspective.
