Sales Manager (Manc/Birm)

Leading a team of direct sales consultants, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating growth plans and ensuring that they are delivered throughout the region. You will support and develop each individual to ensure they meet their personal targets and are working towards their development plans.
Responsibilities include;
1. Achieving month, quarter & annual sales targets - new service, recurring contract revenue, and enhanced revenue volumes
2. Creating (with support) and managing sales growth/development plans
3. Achieving month on month total sales activity levels in line with business plans
4. Managing individual sales performance through personal success plans and mentoring
5. Leading all strategic sales programmes (commercial DOA, pricing initiatives, productised services etc)
6. CRM Management of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline
7. Sales forecasting
8. Managing their individual and team behaviour in line with Tyco ethical standards and requirements

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will have a track record of leading, developing and mentoring a large external sales force. Ideal candidates will have a background in working within either a professional services environment or with a technical product. With a passion for success and developing people, we are looking for people to make an impact on our business and to lead from the front.
