UK Sales Manager / Director

You will assume complete responsibility for the Sales & Marketing function in the UK which currently comprises of an experienced sales team who sell through both National Merchants and Specialist Independent accounts.
Your primary directives will be to;
• Analyse the UK market place for your specific product categories.
• Draw up a suitable sales strategy to protect your current number one position but further grow sales turnover.
• Inspire and develop your Sales Manager and existing Sales Team of 10.
• Further develop the prestige brand and protect the premium position it holds whilst also reviewing the scope for private label business.

Who we're looking for
You will be a UK Sales Manager / Director who can analyse a market, review and implement a relevant sales strategy, lead train and inspire a diverse sales team and also evidence previous success of delivering significant growth.
You will be conversant with working on and developing premium brands but a private label background would be a 'nice to have' as well.
You will be a personable, inspiring Manager / Director who leads from the front and possess the personality to simultaneously deliver positive change and implement a structured sales approach
You will be numerically strong and have the competency and drive to take complete ownership of short, medium and long term sales and marketing goals.
