The role will involve working on contentious and non contentious IP matters including IP licensing and securitisation, computer and software procurement, patent and other IP litigation, related competition issues, e-commerce and research collaboration. You will support the junior fee earners of the team and be responsible for developing business.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE who has handled both contentious and non-contentious IP. You will be a strong business developer. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advertisement does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
