The Product Manager/Director will be responsible for the definition, design, development and delivery of a fully integrated Buy on Board and Retail Strategy. You will be responsible for all aspects of management interface, planning and steering; directly or through your team/associates, to ensure that the project group meet the agreed Corporate objectives, on time and within Budget. This role will be located in LSG's Head Office near Frankfurt.
Who we're looking for
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and Deliver a Buy on Board Strategy • Establish product proposals, to include supply chain solutions and financial mapping • Establish and Maintain global retail partnerships • Establish and Maintain effective market research tools • Develop a product database to include KPI measurements by category and product line • Communicate Buy on Board product developments within the organisation
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Educated to a degree level • Experienced at Senior Leadership Level within the aviation services sector, Or High Street Retail environment • Proven record of directing multi-dimensional business projects • Strategically minded, strong communicator, influencer and organizer • Strong management ability • Experience within Food & Beverage Category Management, and/or duty free and travel retail
LOCATION: • The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work up tofive days a week in LSG's Head Office near Frankfurt.
