My client is looking to appoint a Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering large format distribution/manufacturing warehouses. The ideal candidate must have led delivery teams for buildings in excess of 300,000 sq ft with a range of uses from ambient, chilled and frozen and ideally high bay with integrated mechanical handling.

This represents an exciting opportunity which whilst initially project based, for the right candidate, could progress to the leadership of the this specialist team within the business.

They are looking to develop the distribution business stream to represent revenues in excess of £30m within 2 years.

Who we're looking for
The role will require someone with the ability to develop and communicate business strategies, lead the tender bidding process and delivery to ensure it meets their required standards and maintain high levels of reporting, whilst continually defining ways to increase customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have:
- ability to financially manage
- strategic planning
- risk assessment and management
- effective leadership skills
- excellent communication skills

A main contractor with an excellent track record of delivering industrial and distribution warehousing, having completed in excess of 10 million sq ft of space valued at more than £400m.
