Our client is an International provider of training solutions and best practice to FMCG Sales and Account teams in dealing with large retailers. Due to the rapid expansion of the Russian and Eastern European Market they are looking for a Russian based Consulting Director to join their rapidly expanding team.
You will be responsible for the delivery of market leading training programs across Russia. You will deliver advanced commercial skills and training to mid and senior management personnel of some of the worlds leading FMCG organisations.

Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
• Exceptional language skills in both Russian and English (non-negotiable)
• Are based in Russia
• Come from either a FMCG Account Management or Blue Chip retail buying environment
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptionally personable and naturally engaging
