With the advent of new and successful interactive online channels such as website, mobile, e-CRM, and social media there is now an opportunity for an Online Marketing Executive to excel in this new role. You will be required to manage all online marketing for the Go South Coast brand including the following areas:
• To manage online, CRM and creative agencies as well as managing the on-line marketing budget.
• Development of the GSC CRM system to ensure the company is able to manage data received from smart cards to allow the effective analysis of customer data to help develop our marketing strategy.
• Development of 'key' based products within the ERG system working alongside other members of the GSC commercial team.
• Analysis of customer data to determine trends and to provide reporting information to help identify the correct focus of marketing activity.
• Development and updating of an on-line marketing strategy designed to help attract new customers and to develop our existing customer base.
• Plan the update of the various GSC websites with new copy and rotate marketing messages and offers to create reasons for repeat custom.
• Develop a strategy for the development and delivery of customer information on mobile phone based websites and phone app's in conjunction with Go-Ahead group.

Who we're looking for
This Online Executive role is a superb opportunity for a candidate that can demonstrate the following:
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful information.
• Experience and a good level of competency on the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
• Experience of managing and working with CRM systems
• Website content management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational and administrational skills.
• Ability to work under own initiative or under instruction.
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Direct marketing experience, including experience in email marketing and the use of customer databases.
• Familiar with the use of social media sites.
