This leading legal 100 firm on the South Coast is look for a senior commercial lawyer to join its busy and developing team. The role encompasses all aspects of commercial contract work including drafting and advising on T&Cs, agency, distribution, franchising and goods/services supply contracts, outsourcing projects, infrastructure projects, public private partnerships, advice on regulated contracts (e.g. in the financial services sector), commercial joint ventures, IT and technology contracts and licenses and eCommerce.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate should:

• have gained at least 6 years PQE experience form a city, leading national firm or an in-house environment

• be abel to supervise lawyers in commercial contract areas

• significant experience of the full range of commercial contracts/projects and related contract law; direct experience of heavy weight contract negotiations with leading law firms; experience of assisting on corporate transactions (in relation to commercial elements); experience of leading and managing teams on exercises ranging from major projects to large scale commercial due diligence
