Our client is currently looking for a number of Retail Marketing Directors. This will be a country board Operating Director role and you will be responsible for the strategy, management and control of the companies customer management and marketing strategy. You will act as the interface on the country management board between the customer and the company. You will be the brand custodian and responsible for both the internal and external communication.
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Full operating board decision making
• Define Customer Management Strategy
• Branding Strategy
• Develop sales at Country level
• Develop CRM strategy
• Develop country expansion strategy

Who we're looking for
• You will likely come from a FMCG, retail or service driven sector at Senior Management / Director level.
• You will have prior experience leading a Marketing and Sales team at a senior level
• You will be Globally mobile and excited about trading in new markets
• Ideally you will have retail experience outside of Marketing in either Sales, Operations or Buying. (not essential)
• You will be high energy and a true leader of people
• You will be used to managing change and operating in one of the fastest moving industries there is
• You will have previous international experience and willing to grow your career internationally
• You will be used to dealing with new and exciting cultures
