As such Gentoo Genie are seeking to appoint a Head of Sales to manage the commercial function of this exciting start up business. The successful applicant will take responsibility for supervision, training and coaching of the sales team to ensure a high quality customer experience and that sales are compliant with the approved sales process. (This will be a FSA regulated product).
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate is likely to have;
• A proven track record of sales leadership in a financial services regulated environment
• An understanding of regulated mortgages along with market knowledge
• A demonstrable track record of sales performance management with good exposure to coaching, training and recruitment alongside experience of strategic business development
• Ability to influence others both externally and internally.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sector best practice and regulatory requirements.
• You will be an established senior manager with a strategic approach and a track record of delivering results.
