Due to consistent growth Lotte Chemical UK (LCUK) are seeking to appoint two Reliability Engineers for their multi plant petrochemical manufacturing operation on the Wilton International site in Teesside. As a Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with the manufacturing plant's management team to provide expert engineering guidance on plant reliability to optimise plant performance and cost efficiency. You will be responsible for driving a culture of reliability centred maintenance across the engineering and operations teams, whilst implementing and utilising the key performance indicators to deliver operational excellence.
Further duties will include:
• Developing, implement and maintain the plant Asset Integrity program.
• Support capital activities by performing reliability reviews of new projects and developing plans for new installations.
• Dealing with OEMs to ensure full optimisation of equipment is achieved.
• Support applicable aspects of continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
Ideally degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, you should be a proven Reliability Engineer with experience from within the Chemical sector. You will have a strong understanding of reliability, TPM and measurement tools such as OEE gained within a top tier COMAH environment. This role will require someone with first class interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need a proactive approach towards health and safety, and the flexibility to progress your career in the longer term as the business grows in size and complexity.

As a business they have received significant investment from their parent company and will continue to do so as they further develop the scope of their UK operations.
