Senior Financial Analyst

The purpose of the role of the Senior Financial Analyst is to support the Finance Director and Chief Executive by providing first class analysis to aid decision making and planning.
A key part of the job will be analyzing sales data e.g Customer numbers / SKU volume / ASP / margins on an ongoing basis and liaising with the product and marketing teams in devising strategies to increase profitability.

Working across the business ensuring that all key stakeholders have a clear understanding of the performance of the business in both financial and non-financial terms, through providing comprehensive analysis and commentary.

You will work closely with the reporting team assisting managers' understanding of variances and planned overhead spend and in maintaining the financial records.

A key role will be the production of the detailed 3 year plan, presentation of monthly management accounts, trends & performance and delivering core performance management information


Who we're looking for
• A Qualified ACA (preferable), CIMA Finance professional.
• The successful candidates will have experienced progression in your career to date and must demonstrate ambition, drive and clear career focus coupled with a strong desire to work within a fast paced environment.

• A proven track record of post qualification experience,excellent Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel and a logical, analytical thinker.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet stretching and tight deadlines.
