Our client are currently looking to strengthen their Board by recruiting a new Board/Non-Executive member. The board overseas the strategic direction of the organisation.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will play a key role as part of a high profile Board and will have had proven Senior Executive and/or Board Experience in a Commercial or Social Policy arena.

About our client
Our client is a leading commercial organisation that works in partnership with communities, councils and Scottish Government as well as having an ongoing programme to pass ownership to local organisations.

What's on offer
The position is not remunerated but expenses are payable and it is likely that the role will involve a maximum of two days per month commitment.The initial appointment is from now to the AGM in late September and then every three years at the discretion of the Board.
