About our client
Our client is a firm based in the West-End. The firm covers the following areas:
Corporate
Litigation
Property and Property Finance
Construction
Employment
The firm is extremely well run and doing very well financially. The PEP is extremely high for a firm of their size. They are looking to grow and capitalise on what they have achieved. they are always interested in hearing from partners with following and teams but they are particularly interested in accelerating their Corporate and Litigation Practices.
The culture of the firm is very relaxed and genuinely down to earth with an open door policy. They do not take themselves too seriously but they enjoy their work and they do work hard.
The majority of the firm is made up of ex-city lawyers who became disillusioned with the politics of their firms and wanted to join a smaller firm with excellent calibre work where they could make their mark in a fantastic cultural environment.
