Head of Finance - Large Projects Europe

The Large Projects Europe (LPE) team is responsible for all worldwide contracts, some of which are full outsourcing contracts, and its size and scope is steadily growing.

The LPE Head of Finance will be a highly motivated and independent business manager responsible for managing and developing the team of Financial Controllers with a focus on delivery. He/She will be the financial partner to the senior management and provide regular financial and commercial insight into each contract within the business unit, whilst managing revenues and profitability.

Other key deliverables include:

• working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to build relationships
• supporting and improving the plans to increase profitability and maximise cash flows
• driving continuous improvement in process management and documentation

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
• ACA / CIMA qualification
• Broad commercial and "Large Project" management background
• Be highly motivated and inspirational
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Advanced Excel and Access Skills
• French speaking an advantage
