The role will involve general commercial IT/IP work acting for some of the UK's biggest and best-known companies and brands across a wide spectrum of industries, including retail, consumer goods, publishing, technology and media/new media.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a solid grounding in commercial law and contract law, with experience in technology and e-commerce, new media, advertising, data protection, licensing and sponsorship.
