HR Manager

Permanent ⁄ £45000 - £55000

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services organisation in the City, to be an integral part of their Human Resources function. You will oversee the team that manages the following areas, and have involvement with;

- Payroll - overall supervision of the local payroll and HMRC remittance

- Costing - overall supervision of the costing and bookkeeping reports

- Staff numbers/statistics - oversee organization charts, head office reports, employees lists and ad hoc reporting

- Recruitment - recruitment of candidates for non senior posts
Liaising with line managers and agencies
Interviewing and interview reports
Employment contracts

- Pensions - supervise administration of the GPPP's, including remittance of contributions and statements

- Insurances- supervision of the administration of the PMI, Critical Illness, PHI and Life assurance
Assist the HoD with the renewal process

You will also have a challenging client group to provide generalist support to.

This role combines a lot of management, as well as hands on operational generalist activity.

Who we're looking for
Experienced HR generalist
Experience with payroll & general administration
Happy to be hands on & involved with the detail
Financial Services experience
