This is an exciting role for an exceptional Distribution Solutions and Network design professional. The successful candidate will take responsibility for analysing information flows in order to assess and create the most suitable global distribution network. This will involve managing high-profile projects utilising software in order to create and analyse different options for the global network. Key responsibilities include : -
• Proposing new distribution models and recommending the most effective solution through effective analysis of the existing physical distribution network.
• Identifying distribution best practice and facilitating the sharing of this throughout the organisation in order to increase KPI and SLA performance.
• Work with other Supply Chain functions to drive improvements across the wider Supply Chain.
• Liaising with external transport and freight providers in order to identify the most effective business solution.

Who we're looking for
Key attributes of the successful candidate will include : -
• Highly analytical with exposure to managing complex information flows. Experience of using SAP is essential.
• Experience of working with European or global distribution networks.
• Evidence of successful process improvement that has driven efficiencies within distribution operation.
• Previous experience in a distribution network/solutions design role with a major 3PL, consultancy or global organisation.
