FS Manager - Tax Accounting Risk & Advisory Services

My client's tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions and compliance services to a variety of clients in the Financial Services market ranging from some of the world's largest multinational institutions, corporations and funds.
We are looking for a Manager to work in our Tax Accounting Risk & Advisory Services team, focusing predominately on our Life Assurance clients.

Who we're looking for
Qualifications

• Experienced tax practitioner

• Life assurance taxation, industry and product knowledge essential

• Tax audit experience, especially for Life Assurance Groups

• Experience in preparing and reviewing tax provisions for a Life Assurance Group

• Strong knowledge of the tax compliance, reporting and risk management requirements of a Life Assurance Group

• Extensive knowledge of the accounting for and the disclosure of tax under IAS 12 and / or FAS 109

• Practical experience of working with actuaries on tax considerations within MCEV and within a Solvency II environment
