Product Marketing Manager

Reporting into the Commercial Director the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the companies product development activities whether branded or own label. Working closely with the Category Manager and others within the business the incumbent will agree a plan of activity across all of the companies various categories to ensure that they are all rejuvenated on a planned cycle. Supporting innovations or cost cutting initiatives from whatever source the Product Manager will be responsible for the development of the graphic and packaging design of a large and fast changing range. The Product Manager will also be responsible for the delivery of communication materials internally and externally to support the launch, sell-in and sell-out of the company's products.

Who we're looking for
The Product Marketing Manager role is exceptionally 'hands on' and requires someone with energy, drive and commitment who has substantial experience of design, print and packaging and who is keen to be involved with suppliers and colleagues to resolve technical problems to ensure the best possible results. Honesty and transparency is a prerequisite and the ability to think on your feet will enable you to be successful in this role.
