Managing and taking accountability for the delivery of all KPI's across Multiple Sites within the United Arab Emirates. You will be required to review and analyse the performance of all the Store and Staff and take appropriate action through setting targets and initiatives to grow and develop the business within a vastly expanding Country.
Reporting directly into the Business Directors you will need to demonstrate strong commerciality as well as being able to apart to an International environment.

Who we're looking for
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to propel there career through working on the International Stage. You must be able to demonstrate:
• Current Area Management Experience<BR>• Worked at Area Manager Level in both Food Service and Retail Operations
• Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and colleague engagement
• Have a passion for working in the Middle East
• Be able to relocate
• A proven track record of delivering within a fast paced challenging environment

My clients a specialty food retailer & cafe, with stores in Australia, Singapore and the UAE. Established in 1997 and since then
has grown to 9 stores across the world with strong expansion plans still to come.
