To develop and execute the Financial Planning and Controlling process.Participate in the development of management information systems, ensuring the delivery of customer requirements through liaison with management colleagues. Working with non finance teams including Sales and Marketing, Operational Business Units, Shared Service Management, Project Management
1 Perform accounting and controlling activities, including add and review of postings, allocations, validations and reconciliations. Work as a team within Finance to ensure all business areas are fully understood, regardless of Finance partnering.

2 Develop and execute the planning and reporting process (annual budget cycle and profit, cost centre, balance sheet and cash flow reporting to local management). To execute reporting with absolute clarity. Create and define income templates and analysis for segments.

3 Analyse and control order costs for the business area including Purchase Order Workflow approval on order creation. Perform analysis and controlling activities for the business area; including reporting; maintenance of standing data, protocol. Provide support, advice, information & analysis.

4 Participate in the development of quality MIS tools, reporting, techniques and processes. Develop, adapt & resolve issues with regular face to face liaison and feedback. Work within functional and cross-functional team to play a significant role in identification, development, evaluation/selection & implementation of new processes to meet changing business needs & ensure work carried out in line with best practice. Utilise networks& relationships across the business to best achieve results - working as a team to optimise process efficiency and effectiveness.

5 Proactively, and as requested, analyse and interpret complex data to support development of ideas, plans and recommendations. Present the results of complex analysis, customised to the relevant audience.

6 Participate in business development / improvement projects to provide quality commercial and financial support. Provide commercial advice to internal customers, demonstrating an understanding of the broader business context to influence decision making.

7 Support the compliance culture of the business by participating in the processes for risk management, internal control, audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, financial reporting and tax compliance, under supervision. Keep up to date with

Who we're looking for
Desired:
Finalist /Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)

Strategic understanding of the business and understanding of how finance can add value.

Ability to explain concepts and ideas in a non-financial environment, specifically how these impact on the rest of the business

Understanding of the EFQM Excellence Model

Detailed understanding of budgeting/financial concepts and tools.

Ability to perform complex data analysis and interpretation.

Advanced Excel

IT literate, Good SAP working knowledge
