Reporting directly into the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve pre-determined sales targets. Other principal accountabilities include championing the client experience, leading the brand development and developing a clear sales strategy to maximise the opportunities. You will be tasked with building a sustainable pipeline in order to achieve revenue targets and attend client meetings to deliver a consultative solution. The role will involve identifying the key decision makers and organising internally the relevant people to help deliver the most effective solution for the client. Your role will be to contribute towards the overall profitability of the business and help drive the business forward. Having helped to deliver revenue/profit and gained a solid understanding of the business proposition you will find increasing autonomy in the role.
Who we're looking for
- You must have a solid and proven sales track record, preferably within an IT & Communication consultancy position - You will be comfortable working on complex IT projects and understand solution selling and be adaptable in selling to different business stakeholders, that is, technical or non-technical individuals, for example, CEO's, Finance, etc. - A track record of consistent quota over-achievement. Demonstrated ability to achieve results while operating under minimal supervision. - Knowledge around unified communications will also be key for the role, particularly around Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft and/or Mitel. - Knowledge around SharePoint is desirable
